VZX Player – Copyright & Take-down Policy

VZX Player is a neutral technical tool and an "Intermediary" as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. No Content Ownership

VZX Player does not host, store, upload, curate, or distribute any media content. The application is a specialized playback interface that allows users to access content from third-party sources, such as local storage or remote M3U URLs provided by the user.

2. No Control Over External Streams

As a playback tool, we have no technical control over the content, availability, or legality of streams accessed through the app. We do not monitor user activity or the sources users choose to import. Consequently, we cannot remove or block content hosted on external third-party servers.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content accessed via VZX Player infringes upon your rights, we recommend contacting the actual host/provider of the content for immediate removal. However, to submit a notice regarding a source used within our application, please provide the following information:

Identification: A detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Source Location: The exact URL, playlist link, or source string used within the application that is the subject of the infringement.
Contact Information: Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
Verification Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

VZX Player reserves the right to disable or terminate access to specific technical features of the application for users who are found to be repeatedly using the tool for unlawful purposes or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
