VZX Player is a general-purpose media player application for Android and Android TV. We do not provide, host, or curate any media content. The application is a tool for playing user-supplied content, including but not limited to M3U playlists and local video files stored on your device.
By using this application, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the legality of the content you import or stream. You agree NOT to use VZX Player to:
VZX Player integrates third-party services, specifically Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of advertisements served by third parties.
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the stability, accuracy, or reliability of the software for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of VZX Player shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VZX Player and its developers from and against any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from your misuse of the application or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
